Victor leaves no stone unturned in his sessions, he makes you feel like you are talking to an enlightened spirit that wants you to become just as enlightened in whatever context it is you are working in.
For me he improved my Teaching Practice by helping me understand educational psychology with respect to students brain development, teaching techniques BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MANAGING STUDENT BEHAVIOUR. He just makes everything so easy to understand and implement. He also helped me challenge systems and change them within a hierarchy where I am at the bottom – A classroom teacher. He also improved my communication and relationship building skills by helping me understand myself better.
